大采高智能化采煤控制技术在黄陵二号煤矿的发展

摘要:

智能化采煤工艺技术促进了煤矿经济效益,提升了综采面自动化水平。为探究智能化采煤控制技术在大采高环境下的实践和发展方向,以黄陵二号煤矿为例进行探讨。从综采工作面智能化控制系统的组成和优点等方面介绍了大采高智能化开采技术;并从"一键启停"全自动控制启停、跟机自动化与记忆截割高效协同、胶带机"三控"融合、设备防碰撞控制、支架自适应控制、模拟人工护帮智能精准控制等方面阐述了大采高智能化开采关键技术;针对应用现状,分析并提出了仍需研究的技术。分析认为,大功率、智能化、自动化是未来综采工作面的发展趋势。

Abstract:

Intelligent coal mining technology has improved the economic benefits of coal mine and improved the automation level of fully mechanized mining.In order to explore the development direction of intelligent coal mining control technology in large mining height face,taking Huangling No.2 coal mine as an example,the intelligent mining technology with large mining height was introduced from the composition and advantages of the intelligent control system of fully mechanized mining face,and intelligent mining key technologies with large mining height were introduced such as "one button start stop" automatic control start and stop,efficient coordination with machine-following automation and memory cutting,belt conveyor "three control" integration,equipment anti-collision control,self-adaption control of hydraulic support and intelligent precision control of simulated artificial support,etc.According to the analysis,high power,intelligence and automation are the development trends of the equipment in fully mechanized mining face in the future.
