长平煤矿首采面回采期间覆岩运移规律研究

摘要:

首采面回采期间覆岩运移规律的研究对提高矿山安全性和作业效率具有重要价值。以长平煤矿六盘区6301首采面为研究背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测对首采面回采期间覆岩运移规律进行研究。研究表明,6301工作面回采至40 m时,老顶发生初次破断,超前支承压力影响范围为超前工作面85 m以内。首采面垮落带高度为20~30 m,裂隙带高度为30~40 m,弯曲下沉带延伸至距工作面顶板50 m及地表。现场观测表明,“见方”期间压力普遍高于正常回采期间。直接顶初次垮落步距在11.8~15.1 m之间,基本顶初次来压步距在28.6~35.2 m之间,基本顶周期性来压步距为12.81~25.1 m。

Abstract:

The study of overburden migration law during mining of the first mining face is of great value to improve mine safety and operation efficiency.Based on the research background of 6301 first mining face in Six Panel Area of Changping Coal Mine, the migration law of overburden rock during mining of the first mining face is studied through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement.The research shows that when the 6301 working face reaches 40 m, the old roof breaks for the first time, and the influential range of the advanced abutment pressure is within 85 m of the advanced working face.The height of the collapse zone of the first mining face is 20~30 m, the height of the fracture zone is 30~40 m, and the curved subsidence zone extends to 50 m away from the roof of the working face and the surface.Field observation shows that the pressure during the “square” period is generally higher than that during the normal mining period.The initial collapse step distance of direct roof is between 11.8 and 15.1 m, the initial weighting step distance of basic roof is between 28.6 and 35.2 m, and the periodic weighting step distance of basic roof is 12.81 and 25.1 m.
