煤矿安全决定着煤炭行业的可持续发展,因此煤矿事故统计分析对煤矿事故的预防和控制具有非常重要的意义。通过查阅国家及各省煤矿安全生产监察局网站、国家统计年鉴,以及相关文献资料,对2002~2016年的煤矿事故进行年份统计、省份统计和事故类型统计,分析了煤矿事故的特征和规律,为煤矿生产过程中事故预防和控制的重点提供依据,并提出了从提高煤矿开采技术水平、安全监督管理水平、从业人员素质水平3个方面加强煤矿安全的建议。
Abstract：The coal mine safety influences the sustainable development of coal industry,so the statistical analysis of the coal mine accidents is of great significance to the prevention and control of coal mine accidents. By consulting relevant documents,the statistics by year,province and accident type of coal mine accidents were carried out for 2002 ~ 2016,the characteristics and regularity of coal mine accidents were analyzed,which provide the basis for the prevention and control of accidents in the process of coal mine production. Finally,some suggestions for strengthening coal mine safety were put forward from three aspects of improving the level of coal mining technology,safety supervision and management and the quality of employees.
